culture is discipling the next generation faster than the church

Healthy rhythms of faith and spiritual habits help root them in Christ.

Students face many influences—from friends, peers, and social media—that aren’t always good. Over time, these influences can form a belief system that contradicts the Truth and the identity God gave them. When trials come, how do they respond? Where or to whom do they turn for help?

What students allow to influence them shapes the path they will take: one leads to death, the other to life. We want students to know and live the abundant life Jesus offers. Their choices affect not only their own future but also the future of everyone they will share the Gospel with as they go through life.

The staggering difference: not having spiritual rhythms or disciplines makes this generation immensely more vulnerable to complacency and a path leading away from Jesus.

As students grow, the biggest thing they find is clarity. Time spent with daily rhythms of spiritual disciplines has led to the abundant life. A relationship with the One who guides them into who they were created to be. Rhythms that ground their faith, and a community that challenges, sharpens, and walks with them.

We believe college can be a defining season, not of drifting, but of deepening. A time where students engage with Jesus personally and learn to follow Him with confidence and conviction.

the roadmap

3 years

We’re committed to a focused three-year vision to build, refine, and establish a sustainable model for long-term impact. This timeline allows us to invest deeply, measure growth, and create a foundation that lasts beyond a single season.

10 Chapters

By launching ten campus chapters, we’re creating strategic hubs where students can consistently encounter community, leadership development, and spiritual growth. Each chapter becomes a multiplying center of influence on its campus.

200 ministry-minded leaders

Our goal is to develop 200 leaders who are equipped to live out their faith and lead with purpose in every area of life. These leaders don’t just grow personally, they carry impact into their campuses, churches, and future careers.

1 leadership summit

The Leadership Summit will gather and unify leaders for vision, training, and encouragement. It’s a catalytic space where community is strengthened, leaders are sharpened, and momentum is multiplied for what’s ahead.
