We want you to gain a glimpse into the life of a SWAT leader and all they get to experience during their time in college. we are so grateful for the investment you’ve made in your student and the opportunity to play a part in their growth.

Faith is a daily experience—spiritual disciplines, accountability and serving on events all play a part in each student becoming more christ-like.

❋ Leadership Development

Peer led environments have produced some of the greatest experiences for young adults to fail forward in their personal leadership.

❋ Cultivating Relationships

Each experience helps leaders learn more about themselves and others around them. Some of the greatest friendships have been formed by serving together.

❋ A Growing Community

We have servant leaders on multiple college campuses and our alumni are spread across six continents in varying professions.
