Helping You Disciple Your Student.

Parents remain the greatest spiritual influence in a student's life.

SWAT exists to partner with—not replace—you.

Parents should engage their students in regular, honest conversations that help them understand and navigate today’s cultural influences—social media, peer pressure, and shifting moral norms—while also creating space for faith conversations that are curious, informative, and grounded in Scripture.

  • Encourage students to own their faith by asking questions, practicing spiritual disciplines, and making choices that reflect their beliefs rather than simply following family or habit.

  • Prepare them practically and emotionally for the transition to college by discussing independence, time management, and ways to find faith communities on campus.

  • Serve together as a family in local ministries or volunteer projects so students learn that faith is lived through action, community, and sacrificial love.
